In addition to outstanding debt settlement results, we pride ourselves on the satisfaction of our clients. We have hired an outside company to survey a random selection of our graduating clients on a regular basis. This third-party organization, QSS, Inc., presents unbiased questions to graduates and provides us with their answers. We’ve compiled these results into quarterly snapshots so that you can see for yourself what CNI program graduates really think.
These surveys reveal if graduates are satisfied with their debt settlement program, and if they’re happy they choose debt settlement to get out of debt. We find out if they were satisfied with their settlements as well as with our customer service department. Plus, we learn whether they’d recommend this program to others. We also note hard data about their time in the program and their settlement percentages. While, as you know, not all clients that enter a debt settlement program graduate, we utilize the graduate data to help us improve the quality of our program.
We collect this information because we want to know if we are reaching our goals: to negotiate the lowest possible settlements for your clients, while treating them with the respect they deserve. We’re pretty happy with the feedback we’ve seen, and that’s why we want to share it with you.

Note: This data was compiled by an independent party, QSS, Inc. This data was obtained from clients that completed the debt resolution program administered by Century Negotiations, Inc. Not all clients complete the program. Industry wide data suggests less than half the consumers that enroll on a debt settlement or credit counseling program actually graduate. At CNI, we aim to be an industry leader in successfully graduating clients from our program.
